Paid Time-off

  • Holidays – C2Kinetics observes all 10 federal holidays
  • Personal leave – accrued beginning at the time of employment and may be used for any purpose
    • 18 days beginning date of employment
    • 22 days after three years
    • 26 days after seven years

Insurance Programs

  • Life Insurance – C2Kinetics provides term insurance equal to one year base salary; additional term insurance may be purchased at a group discount up to $100,000
  • Short-term and Long-term Disability

Employee Savings

  • Traditional 410(k) – C2Kinetics offers a comprehensive 401(k) investment program
    • Employees can contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax salary (subject to the legal limit)
    • C2Kinetics will match 3%
  • Roth 401(k) – Beginning in 2007 employees will have the option of placing a portion of their pre-tax contribution into a Roth 401(k)

Flexible Spending Account

  • Beginning in 2007 employees may contribute a portion of their pre-tax salary to pay for allowable health care and dependent care expenses.

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Employees who attend an accredited college or university may receive tuition reimbursement based on the grade received in the course. (Re-payment is required for employees who leave the company within two years of receiving this benefit.)
