Mark Klicker is the President of our company. He has over 35 years of experience in maintenance, planning, installation and acquisition of complex C2 systems. After a 24 year career in the Marine Corps, which included three Systems Command assignments, Mark moved his operational and acquisition experience to industry where he led several successful proposal efforts. Mark is a co-founder of C2Kinetics. Mark previously supported the Air Force in the management of Air Force, multi-service and foreign military sales programs.

Tim Jonas is the Chief Operating Officer of our company. He has over 26 years of experience in command, control and communications. After a 20 year career in the Marine Corps, including tours in all 3 active Marine Aircraft Wings, data link software testing, command, and senior NATO staff, Tim brought his operational expertise to industry. Tim is a co-founder of C2Kinetics and supports the Air Force Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) program.

Joe Cole is an Executive Vice President. He has over 25 years of experience in aviation and ground command and control voice and digital communications, tactical data links, operations centers, technology integration, network management, systems engineering, and radar sensors. Joe is a co-founder of C2Kinetics and supports the Family of Gateways (FOG) Division and Fielded Gateways programs in the area of Test Management.

Joe Scutellaro is an Executive Vice President. His areas of expertise include integrated air defense, surface to air missiles systems and space operations. He has over 20 years of experience in these fields. Joe is a co-founder of C2Kinetics and supports the Air Force JICO Support System (JSS) program.
